In the state of Nevada, do tenants on a sublet without any written?

In any state, without a written lease, you'll have a hard time. In Nevada, if you've lived in the property with the OWNER'S knowledge and consent for 30 days or more, you do have certain rights under the law. Much is going to depend on whether the person you sub-let from had the authority to do that, and (again) whether the property owner is aware of, and has consented to, your presence there. Contact a lawyer who specializes in landlord/tenant issues to find exactly where you stand.
