Do we need to give the permanent address as per passport in a visa?
They won't accept it. Last thing you can do is apply in passport seva kendra near your hometown and use your permanent address as POA. I had a very bad experience with Gurugram PSK. They rejected my appointment 3 times citing baseless discrepancies in my Rent Agreement.
